Fall (Sept-Nov) 
1st week of sept off // week of thanksgiving off

Winter (Dec-Feb) 
week of Christmas off // week of New Years off

Spring (March-May) 
week of Easter off // charlotte meck spring break off

Summer (June- August) 
week of 4th of July off // last week of August off

Scheduling for the semester starts three weeks before the semester starts. The first week of scheduling will be reserved for full year subscribers. Second week will be for half year subscribers. The last week will be a first come, first serve basis for the rest of the current students. New students will be able to pick from what is left. A week before scheduling starts I will email you a reminder with days and times available. 

Scheduling is done via email and only via email. That way it is always on paper. If you do not receive a confirmation email then you are not confirmed yet. If you do not hear back from me - email or text me the next day with a reminder. Scheduling season is a busy and complicated time so please be patient. I will always do my best to give you your first choice but please send a second and thrid option with it just in case.

I am currently only teaching on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays. BUT - if you can not make one of these days work for you, feel free to email me and ask about other options. If my quota for students has yet to be met I will most likely make exceptions on teaching days.
